Stacey Brooks is an experienced professional in supply chain and merchandise planning, currently serving as a member of the Women in Retail Leadership Circle since September 2023. As the Director of Supply Chain Planning at The Hawthorne Gardening Company since May 2021, Stacey leads a team of 14 in overseeing the planning, purchasing, and deployment of over 1400 materials for retail hydroponics stores and commercial indoor growing facilities. Previous roles include Sales and Operations Director at Seventh Sense, where strategic leadership contributed to profitability during a business sale, and Director of Demand and Supply Planning at Green Growth Brands, where Stacey launched three CBD personal care brands. Earlier experience includes senior planning and merchandise roles at DSW Inc., Dicks Sporting Goods, Express, and Kohl's Department Stores. Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from The Ohio State University.
