Michelle White has over 20 years of extensive experience in sales and customer service within the gardening and hydroponics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations and Customer Service & Sales Strategy Director at The Hawthorne Gardening Company since September 2005, Michelle has previously held various roles at Sunlight Supply, including Sales Manager for the California Bay Area. In addition, Michelle's background includes retail sales and management at Growers Choice Hydroponics, where expertise in plant troubleshooting, indoor grow room design, and customer service was developed. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from California State University - East Bay and an Associate of Arts from San Joaquin Delta College.
