Karen Kohls is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and reporting. Currently serving as Finance Manager at The Hawthorne Gardening Company since January 2019, Karen has previously held roles such as Financial Reporting Consultant at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and Audit Manager at Crowe Horwath LLP. Karen's career also includes a significant tenure at Scotts Miracle-Gro, where responsibilities included consolidation and reporting as Manager of Corporate Finance. Earlier experience includes managing accounting research and SOX implementation for Japanese subsidiaries at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu and a managerial role in auditing at Deloitte & Touche.
