Ray Harris has extensive experience in senior living and management spanning over four decades. Currently serving as an On-Call Manager at Hawthorn Retirement Group since February 2014, Ray has held various leadership roles, including Community Manager and Floating Manager at both Hawthorn Retirement Group and Holiday Retirement. Notable achievements include integrating newly acquired communities into the Holiday operating platform and managing the opening of new senior communities. Previous experience includes a significant tenure as President & CEO of Harris IGA Foodliner, as well as expertise in marketing research at Chatham Supermarkets, Inc. Ray's educational background includes an MBA in Food Marketing Management from Michigan State University and a Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. Currently, Ray enjoys biking on the Boise Greenbelt Bike Path.
