Mindy Simms is an experienced Community Manager currently working at Hawthorn Senior Living since August 2021, following a tenure at Greystar from October 2018 to July 2022. Previously, Mindy held the Community Manager position at Hawthorn Senior Living from May 2018 to October 2018 and served as General Manager at Holiday Retirement from July 2015 to May 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Admissions Director at West View Healthy Living from June 2013 to June 2015, as well as at Sprenger Health Care from February 2006 to July 2013, where Mindy also operated as Admissions Director/Discharge Coordinator. Mindy holds a Licensed Practical Nurse degree from Wayne County Schools Career Center, completed between 1982 and 1984, and graduated from Dalton High School in 1984.
