Lou and Carla Eberle possess extensive experience in community management, currently serving as Community Manager at Hawthorn Senior Living since November 2020. Prior positions include Community Manager roles at Sun Communities from September 2019 to November 2020, Resort Lifestyle Communities from April 2018 to September 2019, and Holiday Retirement from August 2013 to November 2016. Additionally, Lou and Carla held the position of Facilities Manager at Glendale Self Storage from December 2016 to April 2018. Educationally, Lou and Carla earned an Associate of Arts degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Bucks County Community College between 1982 and 1984.
