Earl Knight has extensive experience in maintenance and management across various sectors, including senior living and continuing care. Currently serving as a community maintenance professional at Hawthorn Senior Living since April 2019, Earl has previously held positions such as on-call manager and manager at The Carriage House, and assistant manager at Cedar Hill Continuing Care Community where the role spanned from May 2011 to March 2019. Earl’s background also includes serving as director of maintenance at True Meadows Horse Farm and estate caretaker, alongside managerial roles at Girl Scouts of the Chesapeake Bay Council, Inc. and US Filter, where Earl specialized as a controls technician for ultra-pure water systems. Additional experience encompasses an area service manager position at Anacomp, Inc./Datagraphix and serving in the US Navy as a sonar technician from November 1977 to November 1983. Educationally, Earl is an alumnus of Otter Valley Union High School, graduating in 1977.
