Scott Garrett has a diverse range of experience in the restaurant industry. Scott started their career in 1997 at Walt Disney World as a Restaurant Manager in various locations, including Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and The Canada Pavilion at Epcot. In 2005, they joined Joe Fortes Seafood & Chop House as a General Manager and stayed with the company for 12 years. Scott then moved on to The Sandbar Seafood Restaurant in 2017, where they held the position of General Manager. Currently, they are working at Hawksworth Restaurant Group as the Director of Operations, a role they started in September 2018.
Scott Garrett attended Ball State University from 1992 to 1996, where they studied Engineering but did not obtain a specific degree.
