Kathy Caulfield is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in leading product initiatives across various industries. Currently with HawkSoft since August 2022, Kathy focuses on optimizing product offerings. Previous roles include Product Manager at Lithia Motors, Inc., where Kathy launched a Global Customer Communications team and enhanced customer communications, and at Procare Software, where Kathy established product management best practices and ensured PCI compliance. Kathy’s tenure at Plexis Healthcare Systems involved strategic leadership in healthcare software applications, addressing policies in Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid sectors. Kathy holds a BS in Business Administration - Management from Southern Oregon University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
