Brian Hawthorne Jr. is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product support and training within the technology sector. Currently serving as a Product Owner at HawkSoft since March 2021, Brian has also excelled in roles such as Trainer/QA, developing new training programs and coaching Product Support staff, and as a Product Support Representative, where expertise in the HawkSoft platform was recognized. Prior to HawkSoft, Brian was the Global Product Support Manager at Sawgrass Technologies, achieving significant improvements in response times and customer satisfaction.
