Gary Urban P.L.A. has a strong background in the landscaping industry. Gary began their career in 1995 at Hawks Landscape, where they worked as a Landscape Architect and eventually became the Vice President of Design and Sales. During their time there, they managed a team of 16 landscape architects, designers, and salespeople, overseeing all aspects of landscape design, construction, and maintenance. In 2015, Gary joined Hawks Landscape as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for planning and directing the company's operational policies and achieving financial and operational goals. In 2017, they also created a successful product called colored silicone lighting gels for landscape lighting. Prior to Hawks Landscape, Gary was the owner of Orchard Street Enterprises, L.L.C. Overall, Gary has demonstrated their expertise and leadership in the landscaping industry over the years.

Gary Urban P.L.A. earned a Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1990 and 1995. Gary also holds certifications including a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certification and a State of Wisconsin Landscape Architecture License #434-014 from the State of Wisconsin.
