Aphiwe Dludla is an experienced cook currently employed at Hawks Cay Resort since January 2022. Previously, Aphiwe served as a chef at Cargo Hold Restaurant from August 2019 to February 2022. Aphiwe's culinary education includes a Diploma of Education in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from International Hotel School, completed from 2017 to 2019, with ongoing studies in professional cookery. Aphiwe also gained practical experience as an internship trainee at Tsogo Sun, BLUEWATERS Holiday Accommodation, and Gateway Hotel, where Aphiwe honed skills as a commis chef and kitchen trainee.
