Stuart Mitchell is an experienced HSE and Facilities Manager currently leading health and safety initiatives at Hawkins & Associates since May 2022. Previously, Stuart served as a Health and Safety Specialist at WT Consultancy (SW) LTD, providing safety advice across various sectors. Key roles also include Lead Design Safety Engineer for the Duqm Petrochemical Project at Wood and Director of Poldhu Safety & Risk Ltd, focusing on safety engineering design in the Oil & Gas industry. Other notable positions include Lead HSSE Engineer for Arctic LNG 2 at NOVATEK and Deputy Lead HSE Engineer for the Al Zour New Refinery Project at Fluor Corporation. Stuart holds a BSc in Physics from the University of Warwick.
