Richard Baker is a seasoned professional in engineering with a robust background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Hawkins & Associates since May 2017, Richard previously held significant roles at 2H Offshore, starting as an Engineer and advancing to Principal Engineer from September 2009 to May 2017. Richard also contributed to Schlumberger in 2008 as an Engineer, focusing on the PowerDrive Xceed rotary steerable directional drilling tool, valves, and test rigs. Richard holds a Master of Engineering with Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, completed in 2009, and received foundational education at Colchester Royal Grammar School from 1998 to 2005.
