Joe Banther serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Proving Ground Tactical since April 2019, demonstrating leadership skills alongside extensive experience in quality management at Hawker Powersource, Inc., where roles have included Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, and Assistant QC Manager and Warranty Administrator since 2003. Joe has been the Southeastern Chapter Leader of the Tennessee Firearms Association since November 2015, overseeing regions in Tennessee, and previously contributed as a wildland firefighter for the State of Tennessee. With a foundation in machining and programming from earlier positions at various manufacturers, Joe has honed technical expertise since the early 1990s, supported by education in Manual Machining from Chattanooga State T.C.C.
