Daoud Lokhandwala has extensive work experience in the field of sales and customer experience. Daoud started their career at Metasoft Systems Inc. in 2003 as an Account Manager. In 2007, they joined Hawk Ridge Systems as an Account Manager, where they built trusted relationships with customers by providing innovative engineering design and product realization solutions. Daoud served as a Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest region from 2013 to 2021, during which they radically improved customers' product development life cycle. In 2022, they were promoted to Director of Sales, and in 2024, they assumed the role of Vice President, Customer Experience at Hawk Ridge Systems.

Daoud Lokhandwala studied Mathematics at the University of Mumbai. Daoud then pursued a Diploma in Computer Software Engineering at the Boston Computer Institute. Later, they obtained another Diploma in Computer Software Engineering from CDI College between the years 2000 and 2001.
