Birhane Shady is an experienced ICT professional with a diverse background in information technology and management. Currently serving as an ICT Officer at edna mall since January 2016 and as General Manager at Root System since March 2017, Birhane also holds the position of IT Engineer at HAWK International Finance & Construction Co Ltd in Yemen since January 2014. Responsibilities include monitoring users and server networks, troubleshooting IT issues, and researching new technologies. Birhane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Madawalabu University, completed between 2010 and 2013, and has a natural sciences background from Abyot Kirs Preparatory School, where studies were completed from 2008 to 2010.
