Shah Alam has over 25 years of experience in the IT and management sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director at HawarIT Limited since February 2006, where responsibilities include strategic planning. Prior to this role, Shah Alam was the Chief Technical In-charge at Total Software Solutions from January 2003 to January 2006, focusing on organizational structure and operational quality planning. Earlier experience includes working as an IT Consultant at ERP Systems Ltd, understanding user needs, and creating specifications; serving as MIS Superintendent at Bata Shoe Company (Bangladesh) Ltd, where strategic planning for the MIS department was a primary duty; as well as holding positions as Programmer Analyst at Beximco Compters Ltd and Analyst Programmer at IBCS-Primax Software (BD.) Ltd, involving software design, development, and project management. Shah Alam holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology and completed HSC and SSC at Rangpur Cadet College.
