Virgie Barber has extensive experience in fleet operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Fleet Operations at Hawaiian Telcom since October 2023. Prior to this role, Virgie Barber retired from Hawaiian Telcom and held significant positions at Verizon from 1974 to 2005 and GTE from 1974 to 2000, including Manager at Verizon and Supervisor of Fleet Operations at GTE. Virgie Barber is a graduate of Hawaii Pacific University.
