Lauren Pang Raker, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Manager of Workforce Planning at Hawaiian Electric, a position held since December 2017. Raker has also held roles at Hawaiian Electric as an HR Business Partner and HR Client Services Specialist. Prior experience includes various recruiting positions at First Hawaiian Bank, where Raker worked from January 2011 to December 2017, concluding as a Senior Corporate Recruiter, and earlier roles as a Corporate Recruiter and Recruitment Specialist. Raker began a career trajectory in human resources with a student internship at First Hawaiian Bank in June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a high school diploma from Iolani School.
