Ryan Eppenbaugh is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Regional Service Delivery Director for HAVI since March 2023. Previously, Ryan held several key positions at Transformco from April 2018 to December 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing corporate and retail desktop engineering and support. Ryan's extensive background includes a role as Director of Information Technology at Sears Holdings Corporation, managing corporate desktop support and outsourcing infrastructure services. At Unisys Corporation, Ryan accumulated significant experience as Global Service Delivery Manager and Client Services Manager, overseeing support contracts and teams across multiple states. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management from DeVry University, graduated in 1998.
