Milan Uhric has extensive experience in information technology service delivery, currently serving as the Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at HAVI since March 2011. In this role, Milan manages the regional operation and assurance of infrastructure services in partnership with outsourcing teams, ensuring the delivery of transformed logistics infrastructure and technical services. Previous positions at HAVI include Regional Information Technology Manager, responsible for IT services across ten markets, and IT Cluster Lead, overseeing activities in the European Nordic cluster. Additionally, Milan has a background as a Business Analyst and Local Process Engineer, contributing to project execution and local IS activities. Prior experience includes an administrative role at Railways of the Slovak Republic, focusing on server administration and support. Milan holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra.
