Jason Marrs has over a decade of experience in property management, currently serving as the Conventional Regional Property Manager and Central Iowa Conventional Regional Property Manager at Haverkamp Properties since February 2016. Additionally, Jason Marrs holds leadership positions as Vice President and Treasurer at the Greater Iowa Apartment Association since January 2022. Previous roles include Property Manager at Goldmark Property Management and property management consultant at Marrs Property Management. Jason Marrs began a career in real estate as a Leasing Agent at Hunziker & Associates, Inc. Realtors. Jason Marrs earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from Iowa State University between 2007 and 2012.
