Rick Spaulding is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in system engineering and process management. Currently serving as the System Engineering Manager at BWXT since August 2015, Rick provides oversight for site engineering activities related to the DUF6 conversion project. Previously, Rick held the position of Principal Technical Engineer at Haverhill Chemicals, where responsibilities included managing wastewater processing and energy usage. Rick's experience also encompasses roles such as Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, and Unit Superintendent at various companies, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, safety compliance, and staff management. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, both from Ohio University.
