Addie H. has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years in various industries such as robotics, software engineering, and mechatronics. Addie currently holds the role of CEO at HAVENTURE and before that was CTO at NAPS and advisor at MRIguidance. Addie led Robotics & Digital R&D at DePuy Synthes Companies from 2017 to 2022, where they successfully obtained the 510(k) clearance of a robotic enabled system and interfaced with all functions required for successful NPD and NPI. Previously, Addie founded and grew a surgical robotic start-up, Cardan Robotics, LLC as its President & CEO and also worked as a Program Manager and Software Engineer at Telestream. Addie has also worked as a Mechatronics Engineer at Monterey Bay Aquarium Research Institute and as a Mechanical Engineer at iRobot and Fulbright Fellow - Applied Software & Engineering at Fulbright New Zealand.

Addie H. received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University in 2004. In 2004-2005, they also pursued a Fulbright Distinguished Fellowship for a Master of Science in Computer Science at Lincoln University (NZ). From 2004-2006, Addie H. earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University.
