Ton de Hart has extensive experience in the fields of quality management and project leadership within the housing sector. Since June 2010, Ton de Hart has served as an adviseur Kwaliteit at Havensteder, focusing on the development, setup, and implementation of quality systems, as well as drafting technical requirements and ensuring quality during both the preparation and execution phases of construction and maintenance projects. Previously, from February 1988 to June 2010, Ton de Hart held various managerial roles at Comwonen and Woningpartners, contributing to the establishment of a new department following organizational changes. Earlier experience includes working as a Medewerker Bedrijfsbureau at Algemene Woningbouwvereniging Breda and as a Projectleider at Ruys en Bolder, where Ton de Hart played a key role in advising and designing for municipalities, including overseeing the construction of 700 new homes. Ton de Hart holds an engineering degree in Build Environment from HTS Tilburg, earned through studies completed in 1976 and 1978.
