Filippo Belvederi currently serves as Managing Partner and CEO of Greywall Capital Partners since December 2023, and has held the position of Principal and Head of Asset Management at BentallGreenOak since October 2019. Prior to these roles, Filippo was Vice President of Asset Management at Kryalos SGR, where responsibilities included managing mixed-use portfolios and executing acquisitions on behalf of Opportunistic Funds. Experience also includes positions as Investment Manager at Fortress Investment Group, focusing on debt and equity transactions for the Italian real estate platform, and roles in investment management at Lend Lease and Clifton Investments, where analysis and structuring of investment opportunities were key responsibilities. Additionally, Filippo has a background in M&A from Aurea Corporate Finance and a foundational role as a Financial Analyst at Emerson. Academically, Filippo has completed multiple finance-related degrees and courses from prestigious institutions, including SDA Bocconi, New York University, and the University of Bologna.
