Peter Snel is an experienced professional with a diverse background in hospitality, consultancy, and project management. Since October 2016, Peter has been the owner and operator of Stoof 010, which serves artisanal and sustainable international dishes. Peter's expertise as a VVE-consultant at Havensteder spans over two decades, managing a large number of VvE's in various locations. Previous roles include project leader for the Van Grond tot Mond initiative, trusted person at Com.wonen, and various managerial positions at companies such as Douwe Egberts Coffee Systems and McDonald's.
