Alice Moon is an accomplished project manager with extensive experience in operations and procurement within the food and beverage industry. Most recently, Alice served as a Sr. Project Manager of Operations at Haven's Kitchen from April 2023 to August 2024. Prior roles include Procurement Manager and Project & Program Manager at G FUEL, and Technical Project Manager at Imbibe, where Alice coordinated product development for the retail and e-commerce sectors. Alice's earlier experience includes positions at Illinois University Housing as a Special Project Coordinator and as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Alice holds a Master of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition and a Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with international study experience in Food Science and Technology.
