Dylan Marley Bell is currently serving as Chief Investment Officer at Havenpark Communities. Prior to this role, Bell held positions such as Vice President of Investment, Director of Acquisitions, and Acquisitions Manager at the same company. Before joining Havenpark Communities, Bell worked as an Acquisitions Analyst and Asset Manager at Peak Capital Partners. Bell also gained experience as a Financial Analyst Intern at Ford Motor Company. Bell is currently pursuing a degree in Finance and Real Estate at Brigham Young University.
