Micaela Paiva is a skilled Digital Designer with extensive experience, currently working at Havas Lisboa since September 2012 and Euro RSCG 4D since February 2009. Micaela has contributed to the creative industry as a jury member for the XX Festival CCP "Isto não é para velhos" in the Digital category in May 2018, as well as for the Young Lions Portugal competition in April 2018, which celebrates emerging talent in national creativity. Micaela holds a Master's degree in Communication Design and New Media from Faculdade de Belas Artes da Universidade de Lisboa, completed in 2012, and a Licentiate degree in Communication Design from the same institution, obtained in 2008. Additionally, Micaela participated in an ERASMUS program at Tampere University of Applied Sciences in Finland, focusing on Interactive Media.
