Mike Hershfield has a diverse work experience. Mike started their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Milliman in 2010 and worked there until 2012. Mike then joined Nickelodeon Group - Viacom as a Senior Operations Analyst and stayed until 2014. From 2015 to 2017, Mike worked as a Manager of Business Intelligence at BrightLine. Mike then moved on to a managerial role at Ogilvy (formerly Effective Inc) as Manager of Data Strategy from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Mike transitioned to Ogilvy as the Director of Experience Strategy & Insights until 2023. Currently, they are serving as the Strategic Advisor at Alpha 212. In February 2023, Mike will join Havas Life New York as the Senior Vice President of Data Strategy & Insights.
