Jessica Pfanner is a Senior Art Director at Havas CX, where responsibilities include leading a team of visual designers, production designers, and copywriters to create engaging interactive customer experiences through strategic visual storytelling. Prior to this role, Jessica served as a Senior Designer at Simpli, overseeing the development and launch of the company’s mobile app and providing creative direction for marketing initiatives. Earlier experience includes a position as a Graphic Designer at the University of Baltimore, where contributions were made as a Graduate Assistant. Jessica holds a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) in Integrated Design from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in New Media Communications from Centenary College of Louisiana.
