Michael Auger is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple companies in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer and Board Member at IHI Hauzer Techno Coating B.V. since April 2019, Michael has previously held positions such as CEO at IHI-Bernex AG and Managing Director of the Equipment Business Unit at Ionbond IHI Group. With a strong background in operations management and product management, Michael has demonstrated expertise in strategic product positioning, customer service, and sales. Michael holds a PhD in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and a BS in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University, complemented by executive education from Harvard Business School.
