Dan Ridder has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. Dan started their career as a Project Engineer at Kiewit in 2008, where they managed various construction projects, including a retail campus and a natural gas power plant. In 2014, they joined Beal | Derkenne Construction as a Project Manager before moving on to Hausmann Construction in 2015. At Hausmann Construction, they have held multiple roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and currently serves as a Project Executive.

Dan Ridder earned their Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Dan attended the university from 2004 to 2009.
