Jai Kawale has a diverse work experience, starting in 2015 as a Market Research Assistant at Cushman & Wakefield. In 2016, they worked as a Summer Project Analyst at Next Pathway Inc. In 2017, Jai was a Student at the Tuck Business Bridge Program and later served as a Finance and Strategy Analyst at Malar Group of Companies. From 2019 to 2021, Jai worked at ±á²¹Ã¼²õ°ì±ð²â, first as the Head of Business Development and then as the Vice President of Strategy & Operations. Currently, Jai is working as the Chief Strategy Officer at Condos Global, a joint venture between ±á²¹Ã¼²õ°ì±ð²â Inc and eReal Estate Holdings.

Jai Kawale attended Upper Canada College from 2004 to 2014. Jai earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College, graduating in 2018.
