Elena Heucke is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master at HAUSGOLD | talocasa GmbH since April 2021, and the founder of Erfülltes Arbeiten since January 2019. Elena has held significant roles in project management and product ownership at REOS Software, where responsibilities included managing agile IT projects and developing organizational structures. Previous positions also include serving as a senior account and project manager at Fat Butterfly GmbH, where Elena managed key accounts and personnel. Educated in applied media management, Elena has pursued further training in systemic consulting and various coaching methodologies, with studies ongoing at FernUniversität in Hagen.
