Marcelo Torre is an experienced Assistant Video Editor currently working at Haus Los Angeles since May 2022, providing support for editorial teams on Netflix’s TUDUM by managing A/V assets and coordinating their distribution. Marcelo's expertise includes assisting video editors with project preparation in Premiere Pro, creating sizzle reels for various Netflix titles, and performing quality control checks to ensure accuracy in final edits. Prior to this role, Marcelo interned at Starburns Audio where responsibilities included streamlining video production for podcasts, operating switcher boards, and creating promotional content using After Effects. Marcelo began the professional journey as a Retail Sales Associate at Munson's Emporium, contributing to staff training and social media management. Marcelo earned a degree in Radio-Television-Film with a focus on post-production from The University of Texas at Austin.
