Mirjam Gawellek is a Senior Sustainability Consultant at VERSO GmbH since August 2024, with a diverse background in sustainability as a Senior Sustainability Manager, Management Consultant, and Senior Project Manager. Freelancing since January 2019, Gawellek also contributes as an author and trainer for online seminars on sustainability and digitalization at Haufe Akademie. As a Corporate Social Responsibility Manager and Senior Project Manager at UPJ, Gawellek focuses on connecting businesses with nonprofit organizations to tackle societal challenges. In August 2023, Gawellek founded ecoscoring to promote transparency in workplace sustainability. Additional roles include involvement with Futurewoman and training in sustainable competencies through the ANAKO program at Bundesvereinigung Nachhaltigkeit e.V. Education includes a Diplom-Kauffrau from Leipzig University and studies at Universidad de Alcalá and Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg.
