Daniel Benz has several years of work experience in the field of quality assurance. Daniel currently holds the position of Head of Quality Assurance at Hatz Components, starting in December 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Motorenfabrik Hatz GmbH & Co. KG, initially as a Quality Engineer from November 2017 to June 2020, and later as the Head of Quality Assurance Components from June 2020 to December 2021. In 2017, Daniel worked as a Bachelor-Student at Webasto Group for a period of six months. In 2016, they gained experience as a Student Intern at BMW Group for seven months.

Daniel Benz attended the Deggendorf Institute of Technology from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Maschinenbau.
