Leah Ridgeway Jackson is an experienced educator and engineer with a diverse background in STEAM curriculum development and energy solutions. Currently serving as the Director of the IDEA Lab and Fellowship Program at Hathaway Brown School since August 2015, Leah is responsible for the design and execution of innovative STEAM-focused curriculum across all educational divisions, along with overseeing the procurement of advanced equipment for the remodeled Fab Lab/IDEA Lab. Prior to this role, Leah worked at Johnson Controls, where responsibilities included the development and verification of energy conservation projects as an Energy Solutions Development Engineer and managing budgets, schedules, and financials as a Lead Systems Operations Analyst. Leah holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and an Accelerated MBA in Management from Cleveland State University.
