Kenneth Hays currently serves as the Manager of Product Support Engineering at Hatco Corporation, a position held since September 1985, and previously worked as a Design Engineer within the same company. Prior to joining Hatco, Kenneth gained experience in appliance repair at Commercial Appliance Service from May 1983 to September 1985. Kenneth's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering Technology earned from Michigan State University between 1979 and 1982, along with coursework completed at Oakland Community College from 1977 to 1978.
