Kirsten McGuire MSW has a diverse work experience in various roles within the mental health and healthcare industry. Kirsten is currently working as a Consultant at Rule 62 Consulting, where they successfully oversee licensure and annual audits of state entities across multiple locations. Kirsten prepares compliance audit data and supports departments by collecting and coordinating internal compliance data.

During their time at Hatch Compliance, Kirsten worked as a Compliance Researcher. Kirsten developed staff-facing training curriculum for healthcare and mental health professionals that aligned with compliance requirements at the state and national level. Kirsten also facilitated external partnerships with industry experts to provide tailored training content and continuously evaluated processes and content for efficiency and relevance.

During an internship at the South Tucson Police Department, Kirsten worked as a Community Liaison. Kirsten collaborated with the Chief of Police to improve community policing tactics, decrease recidivism rates, and advocated for mental and physical health support for both community members and officers.

At CARONDELET ST. MARY'S HOSPITAL, Kirsten served as a Behavioral Health Technician. Kirsten facilitated healthy lifestyle and self-advocacy classes for patients and assisted in the treatment of patients with behavioral and mental health problems.

Kirsten McGuire obtained their Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Policy, Administration, and Community Outreach from Arizona State University from 2016 to 2018. Before pursuing their MSW, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Northern Arizona University, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, Kirsten has obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in fields such as program management, team building, business development, data analytics, leadership, emotional intelligence, project management, negotiation, communication, and instructional design.
