Jason Scherer began their work experience in 2003 as an Area Sales Representative at Pitney Bowes. Jason then moved on to Sunny Direct Corp in 2008 where they worked in New Business Development. In 2009, they joined Humanscale as a Senior Account Development Rep, focusing on new business development and relationship selling. Jason later took on the role of Sales Manager, responsible for the growth of the Illinois market and worked as a Regional Manager. In 2022, they joined HAT Collective as the Director of Sales - Central Region and then moved on to become the Vice President of Sales - Central in 2024.

Jason Scherer attended Naperville Central High School from 1993 to 1996. Jason later pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Illinois State University, graduating in 2001.
