Luke Warner has extensive experience in fraud operations, currently serving as the Head of Fraud Operations at Hastings Direct since June 2013. Warner has progressed through various roles within the company, including Home Claims Fraud Commercial Manager, Complex Fraud Team Leader, and Counter Fraud Handler. Prior to Hastings Direct, Warner gained experience as a self-employed Door Supervisor and Close Protection specialist from 2011 to 2015. Educational achievements include a National Diploma in Information Technology from Sussex Downs and further studies at The Open University.
