Ruba Al Kilani is an experienced Project Quality Manager at Hassan Allam Holding since October 2022, responsible for maintaining the Project Quality Plan and fostering a strong quality culture. Prior to this role, Ruba served as a Quality Manager at Engicon from 2007 to 2022, focusing on process streamlining, quality management systems, compliance, and internal/external audits. Ruba's extensive experience also includes positions as a Project Manager where communication with clients and stakeholders was key, an Internal Auditor, and a Senior Principal Structural Engineer with expertise in structural design and engineering concepts. Ruba holds a Master of Business Administration in Total Quality Management from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Al-Balqa Applied University.
