Joe Fernandes is a seasoned payroll and human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently, Joe serves as a Payroll Officer at Hassan Abul Co. since September 2015. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of HR Payroll Officer at Aamal Holding Company from May 2011 to August 2015, where responsibilities included conducting immersion induction sessions for new employees and liaising with management. Joe began the career as an HR Executive at Calangute Beach Resort from July 2009 to October 2010, focusing on the development of HR procedures and the consolidation of recruitment needs. Joe holds an MBA in Human Resources from ICFAI National College (2007-2009) and a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from Damodars College of Commerce and Economics (2004-2007).
