Solomon Osundwa serves as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Hass Petroleum since June 2018 and is also the Managing Partner and Head of the Energy & Strategy Division at Empowerment Resource Technology Inc since January 2014, specializing in strategy development and business re-engineering in the energy sector, FMCG, and financial institutions. Previously, Solomon held general management roles at VTTI Kenya Limited from April 2014 to June 2018, and served as the Commercial and Strategy Director at Hashi Energy Limited, where turnover significantly increased. Additional experience includes serving as Group LPG Manager at KenolKobil, launching K-gas as Kenya's leading brand, and as Commercial Manager at Chevron, where market share expanded. Solomon holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from the University of Nairobi, as well as a program from Harvard Business School focused on strategy and competitive advantage.
