Sascha Dexler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they started their career as a Junior Process Manager at Lekkerland and later worked as an Executive's Assistant at Magnolia in 2010. In 2012, Dexler served as a Student Consultant at Capgemini Consulting before joining BearingPoint as a Business Analyst in 2013. They returned to Capgemini Consulting in 2014 and worked as a Consultant and then as a Senior Consultant in 2015. Dexler founded I AM KAMU in 2015 and served as the Founder until 2017. In 2016, they founded Hitstorm Advertising, where they currently hold the position of Founder & Managing Director. Dexler also co-founded three other companies: Hashtag You in 2018, AVA & MAY in 2018, and FAYNT in 2021. In all these companies, Dexler held the role of Co-Founder & Managing Director.

Sascha Dexler obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in General Management from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht from 2008 to 2011. In 2010, they also participated in a semester abroad program at Bond University, where they focused on Business Administration and Management. From 2011 to 2013, Sascha pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in International Management at ESCP Business School. During this time, in 2012 to 2013, they also took part in a semester abroad program at the University of Bath, studying Business Administration and Management, General.
