CJ Horton is a seasoned engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer II and Engineering Lead at HashiCorp since August 2019, CJ Horton has been instrumental in supporting the growth and success of both the team and product. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Software Engineer, where CJ Horton wrote Golang, Ruby, and Ember code for Terraform Cloud. CJ Horton's career began at Revelry Labs from May 2017 to July 2019, working as a Software Engineer on various projects, including a Bluetooth mobile app, a consumer loan application utilizing Node and Mongo, and an Elixir-based geospatial application for shipping logistics. CJ Horton holds a Bachelor of Music from Loyola University New Orleans.
